Guaranteed Pure
We are so confident about the purity of our Aussie Pure Blushwood Berry Tincture that we decided to put our money where our mouth is.

We collaborated with BioProfile Labs to create the world's first DNA test using international research data to ensure that our Blushwood Berry is authentic Hylandia Dockrillii EBC-46, and not a counterfeit.
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a formal document issued by manufacturers or laboratories that provides detailed information about the quality and composition of a product or material. It certifies that the product meets specific quality and safety standards, which is crucial across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, and dietary supplements.
Key Components of a Certificate of Analysis
A typical COA includes several essential sections:
- Product Identification: Details such as the product name, lot number, and batch number for traceability.
- Manufacturer or Testing Laboratory Information: Contact details of the issuing entity.
- Test Methods: Description of the analytical methods used, such as chromatography or microbial testing.
- Specification and Test Results: Core information detailing specific test results alongside the product specifications (e.g., pH levels, purity).
- Approval and Signature: Confirmation from a quality assurance manager or authorized personnel that the document is accurate.
Value to Consumers
The value of a COA to consumers is significant for several reasons:
- Product Quality Assurance: A COA provides assurance that the product has been tested and meets quality specifications, helping consumers make informed choices about what they purchase.
- Regulatory Compliance: Many industries are subject to strict regulations. A COA helps ensure that products comply with these standards, thereby protecting consumers from substandard goods.
- Transparency and Trust: By providing detailed information about a product's composition and safety, COAs foster trust between manufacturers and consumers. This transparency is especially important in sectors like food and pharmaceuticals, where safety is paramount.
- Traceability: In case of quality issues, a COA allows for traceability of products back to their source, which can help identify and isolate problematic batches.
Overall, Certificates of Analysis play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive safe, high-quality products while also supporting manufacturers in demonstrating compliance with industry standards.

About Blushwood Berry & EBC-46
Blushwood Berry is the fruit of the Fontainea picrosperma tree, a rare rainforest plant native to Far North Queensland, Australia. It has attracted significant scientific interest due to a unique bioactive compound found in its seeds called EBC-46 (tigilanol tiglate). Learn more on our Research page →
EBC-46 is the active compound extracted from Blushwood Berry seeds that activates a cellular signaling pathway involving protein kinase C (PKC), which plays a key role in immune response and inflammation. For a deeper look at the science, visit our Research page →
As a human therapeutic drug, EBC-46 (tigilanol tiglate) is not yet FDA approved. However, in 2020 both the European Medicines Agency and the FDA approved an EBC-46–based veterinary medication called Stelfonta® to treat mast cell cancer in dogs, with studies showing up to an 88% resolution rate. Human clinical trials are ongoing. Aussie Pure's Blushwood Berry products are sold as dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Yes — early Phase I and Phase II human trials evaluating intratumoral tigilanol tiglate have shown clinical activity across multiple tumor types and are ongoing. See the full research summary and cited studies on our Research page →
Blushwood Berry is the fruit, EBC-46 is the research designation for its active compound, and tigilanol tiglate is that compound's formal scientific name — they all refer to the same thing at different levels. Learn more on our Research page →
Blushwood Berry extract (EBC-46) is a natural plant compound that has been studied in preclinical and veterinary research for its potential effects on tumor cells. However, human clinical trials are limited, and it is not approved by the FDA. This information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before considering any supplement or plant-based product.
Results vary from person to person depending on factors such as age, diet, lifestyle, overall health, and consistency of use. Here is a general timeline based on customer experiences:
- Weeks 1–4: Your body is adjusting to a new supplement. Some people notice small shifts in energy or digestion during this period.
- Weeks 6–8: This is where many customers feel they can better judge how EBC-46 fits into their routine.
- Months 3–6: Many report the most meaningful benefits after 3–6 months of consistent daily use.
This is not recommended. The Blushwood Berry has no history of safe consumption by humans, and the tree grows only in a very limited region of Far North Queensland — it is not suited to cultivation outside its natural habitat. Aussie Pure sources its berries directly from Australia and processes them using a proprietary method to safely deliver EBC-46 in supplement form.
About Aussie Pure Products
Aussie Pure's Blushwood Berry fruit and seeds are sourced from Australia. We use a proprietary process to prepare our tinctures, which contain only a few high-quality ingredients. To protect against counterfeiting, we do not disclose exact formulations. Every batch of our blushwood is laboratory tested for authenticity, purity, and to contain the active compound EBC-46 tigilanol tiglate present in both the Fontainea picrosperma and Hylandia dockrillii species. Other natural ingredients, such as Kakadu Plum, may also be sourced from Australia and blended in our USA facility.
Aussie Pure products are handcrafted, bottled, and shipped from Minnesota, USA. Our Blushwood Berry is sourced from northern Queensland, Australia, where the berry naturally grows. Each shipment is DNA tested to confirm authenticity and purity.
